We had a great experience staying there for this republic day. the Service was really good and their staffs are really kind. The view from their hotel is majestic and they also provide free camp fire at night. Food was good too. Rooms were well maintained. Safe and comfortable for families. ( Near Royal brothers so you can rent a bike if needed, Old bus stand is in walkable distance. Right now they do not accept cards, only online payments and cash which i felt was the only disadvantage)

I have to say...my stay was simply great and probably my best hotel experience. The rooms were so much better than my expectations at such a budget price. Also, the staff is so helpful...it felt like we were guests. Even after we checked out, they helped us get a cab and were very accommodating and humble. The hotel is also near the bus stand so we got to our return bus easily on time. A small complaint would be the shower not working properly but other than that, the bathroom was clean, spacious and great. Hot water was also available. The surroundings are also pristine with a great cafe area and bonfire and so many things... really did not expect so many great things. The owner also connected us with a great cab service which offered us a good price.

Great location, very beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Very friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. They even allowed early check-in and we stayed back after checkout for some time too. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. And also, owner of the property was really friendly and helpful, lovely and great first impression of the stay. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. And the view of Chembra peak!! WOW!! It was fantabulous. We were very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future!!

Such a nice place to stay with your family for your trip to wayanad. Friendly staffs and good services. Tasty food. Reasonable price. Well maintained rooms. I rented 2bhk for 4 adults. And it was totally worth it. (Nearest to royal brothers rental bikes and bus stand) such lovely people and environment. All together in one place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
