A very cool and quiet resort. Easily accessible being so close to the Express way. Right location for a weekend getaway or to hold a business get together of 50 to 100 strength. They have a nice pool, Play ground and Dance floor with DJ. Very cordial staff.

I recently attended a wedding at this resort in Lonavala and was impressed by its proximity to the main road, which makes it easily accessible. The ambience is truly delightful, creating a perfect setting for events like weddings. However, I found the parking area to be a bit lacking in space and convenience. Despite this, the overall experience was wonderful, thanks to the fantastic ambiance. Definitely worth considering for special events due to its lovely location and atmosphere!

We have booked family tent by paying rs 4000/- but unfortunately we couldn’t make it due to unavoidable circumstances in the family. So I asked them to cancel or refund or extend our booking for the next month but the attendant simply said no… guys it’s our harden money and we all spend it for our family but Whispering Woods team is very arrogant and not helpful at all. ** Please do not make any advance booking with them thru their booking desk and if you are not able to go then you will also loose your money.🙏🏻

Location is so beautiful, visited many times,but the last visit on November 16 and 17 2023,vs very worst kitchen quality vs not so good...even the menu vs not as per the standards....as they r charging.... Really for stay in Whispering woods it's good....but for BF,lunch and dinner I would suggest that Pl prefer any other restaurant,, even the road side foods r much better then this restaurant...never suggest to any one to have lunch or dinner in this reaort....

1. Location has its own charm and beauty. Close to Express highway. 2. Overall food quality and taste was not good. Sadly my friend got food poison on next day. 3. Service was quick. 4. Rooms doesn't give you a positive feel. Also, their images and actual rooms are different. Don't book the rooms on images provided. View the rooms personally and book.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
