We stayed at White Lake Resort and was thoroughly impressed. The overall ambiance, especially the outdoor surroundings, was delightful. The standout feature for me was the delectable food, reminiscent of home-cooked meals. The rooms were comfortable, and the service provided was excellent. A truly enjoyable experience. Additionally, the campfire experience added a perfect touch to the overall charm. Simple words can't capture how cozy and enjoyable it was. Highly recommend White Lake Resort for a memorable getaway.

Rooms are neat, but no regular cleaning is carried out when guests are occupied. Food is good but adhoc coffee, tea and milk are overcharged. One cup of coffee or tea is nearly 90 rupees!! Commuting from railway station is a issue, you will end up paying 2k(one way) for CAB if you don't have own car. Swimming pool and other available games are good. Heater, A/C and TV were not working in many rooms!! Overall it is an average resort experience.

Visited the property late night after a traumatic experience at a resort in Coorg and a long tiring drive on a special ocassion on short notice with the owner being extremely cordial playing the ideal host making the last few hours a truly memorable one for our family. The owner engaged our son into playing floodlight cricket and had invited us to join their party making us forget the earlier unpleasant experience making our stay a short n sweet one. Highlights - Simple homely food. Swimming pool was clean with a privacy feel overlooking green cover Overall an excellent new property with a serene and peaceful / pleasant feel symbolic to the name - Whitelake Resorts. Looking forward to all the amenities being functional in our next visit- Fitness Center and gaming facilities, etc Thanking and wishing the owner and entire team @ WhiteLake Resorts all the very best and suggest this as a go to place to unwind and relax with family / friends or enjoy a corporate outing / event or celebrate a family function at a property known as Whitelake Resorts.

Overall experience was amazing at white Lake resort. The views are so refreshing and the place is very peaceful. One should definitely visit here to spend holidays and weekends to spend quality time to rejuvenate. Here you enjoy swimming pool also. Huge Playground for activities along with a badminton court. They have campfire area and also a big outdoor projector as well. Resort interior is very luxurious. Omg the food taste was sooo good. Must visit and have fun......

I recently had the pleasure of staying at White Lake Resort (WLR) @Bilikere - Mysuru, and I must say it was a truly enchanting experience. This resort perfectly balances tranquillity with exciting amenities. • The serene ambiance, surrounded by lush greenery, creates a retreat-like atmosphere that instantly transports you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. • The floodlight cricket facility is fantastic. Playing under the lights added an extra layer of excitement to the whole experience. • The swimming pool at WLR is nothing short of spectacular. Whether taking a refreshing dip or enjoying a relaxing swim, the pool area is a highlight of the resort. • From breakfast to dinner, the culinary experience at WLR is a true delight. • The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable bedding. I highly recommend WLR to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat with the added bonuses of delicious food, floodlight cricket, and a fantastic swimming pool.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
