Awesome experience. Booked an online King Room which was upgraded to Suite. Fabulous experience, extra large room, effective AC, many amenities. Breakfast is very very good. The hotel is nicely decorated with beautiful paintings and chandeliers. The restaurant has a musical environment in sync with its name.. Overall it's a very nice experience...

Best place to stay, very close to major city landmarks - bus stand, Krishna Temple is at walkable distance. Amazing hospitality - Every time I entered and exit the hotel, guard always greeted with a big smile, which was very energizing. Hotel has two restaurants with variety of testing options. I had accidentally booked for wrong dates, and refund time had passed and yet the hotel gave full refund without any fuss.

A good value for money stay. Rooms and bed were cleaned daily, bathrooms are well maintained and clean. They have a restaurant in their property for breakfast and other meals , the food is quite good. Reception Staff were very helpful and speak in English which is convenient for travellers from other states and country the location is close to the Main Bustand

Well maintained hotel. I stayed here in Jan 2024. Staffs behaviour was good. Able to keep luggage and use washroom if you didn’t get early check-ins. They also have a Good veg restaurant. We had complimentary breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. All were good. Those who don’t like garlic, don’t order cheese onion soup, kaju masala. Mangalore bun (banana) is also available here.

A beautiful hotel ruined by other guests and lack of staff integrity. When we turned up to our valet parking, the valet moved the rope and started directing us into our temporary parking spot to unload the car. As we were reversing to his directions, another guest rush parked their car into the spot we were being directed into that was specifically opened for us. The staff did nothing about it, and then, to add insult to injury, helped them with their doors and bags, leaving us on the road. The rude guest who barged in had to cut in at such an angle that they took up two parking spots, so we couldn't even get into the other spot anymore either. Hotel staff should have told that person to reverse back out and wait their turn. The reception and rooms were very nice. The building is also still maintained and in a good location. Having said that, as nice as the hotel is, it's slightly over priced. We had a slight mix up with our booking, but this was not the fault of the hotel, 100% my fault. Without the valet parking incident it would've been a 4 star.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
