Clean and neatly maintained rooms. Cooperative and Courteous staff. The reception guys handled the booking over the phone decently. The food served in the restaurant is tasty as well. Food is expensive, though. We loved the pizza prepared at this place. Breakfast served by the hotel was nice, too. It's on the main road and easier to spot. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with family.

Been to pondy 6 times but this was the best experience when it came for stay and food... Very clean rooms and toilets. Food was delicious and the chef had prepared the food like it was home cooked...must try fish curry and fish fry. Staffs are very friendly too.. Must visit place if u want a safe place to stay with family.

We stayed for 3 nights at White Pearl outstanding experience we had..location,food and the staff deserve 10stars.Each and every staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Each and every one take care of all the needs of the guests. From the check out to check in had a great experience.The breakfast spread was well set and lot of variety was present. Food was delicious and the kitchen were clean.Must try their wood fire pizza ,its finger likings good.Pondicherry has multiple areas to be visited and from this location one can reach any place in 15-20 mins . This hotel is very close to serenity and Auro beaches , also close to the famous Auroville. There is closed parking for vehicles here. The rooms are well maintained and sanitized and well kept.one must have no second thought while booking this hotel if travelling to Puducherry. We will definitely head back here & thanks to the staff and owners in making our stay a very pleasant and memorable one !This hotel deserves 10stars.

I have been traveling around India for over a month and the White Pearl stands out as one of the best places I've stayed. Large clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom furnished with all the amenities (and with an enclosed shower). Great breakfasts were included and I tried their pizza which was surprisingly good. Location is good, close walk to a beach. I'll add that I ran into some personal difficulties during my stay and the staff went overboard for me, as if I was a member of their family. So, highly recommended for your Pondy stay.

Stayed with family in white pearl residency, Our stay was very good and memorable. Rooms were neat and clean. Polite and humble staff, they helped with our requests quickly. They also arranged for rental bike when we asked for it. Would recommend white pearl residency if you are looking for hotels with family stay. I like to thank white pearl residency staff for making our stay at Pondicherry wonderful and memorable. Regards
