Good service but could be better with taxi booking. Very friendly staff. Very warm shower. We had a cabin with a wooden bathroom design which I'd a bit odd...make sure you bring some insecticide spray. Altogether a 3 star style hotel (in cabin style). Not really a resort, no bar etc

Enjoyed our stay here. The beach was close to the resort, and the location was ideal for what we were looking for. The pool was handy, although it was cold! The complimentary breakfast was superb! The egg omlette was divine! Overall, the stay was pleasant. We would've loved to see the management be more customer centered. As soon as we checked in, it was all about payment and admin- not exactly a warm welcome. There was no information pack or anything given either. Had to walk to the reception to report the broken toilet seat, lack of hot water, malfunctioning AC, extra towels etc... things that should've been organized. Although this was all addressed and remedied it showed that the management wasn't exactly professional. The staff we interacted with Bhiva, Mohan, and the electrician in particular were hard working! Thanks. We'd like to see the resort give their customers their money's worth.

Excellent resort. Value for money. 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Lovely cosy cottages. In house restaurant is very good. Morning breakfast is good enough. Very nice staff. Swimming pool is 5 feet deep . Great place for a tight budget. 👍👍👍

1) the website (both agoda and white wood) didn’t mention whether the wood cottage booked was part of a duplex or stand alone. We got the duplex ground floor initially but since we heard too much noise we requested for the second level of the duplex which was assigned to us later. The cottage was okay and there was a lot of construction noise and pigeon noise early morning. 2) the staff failed to mention about the geyser and there’s no sign for the switch as well. Once the switch for the geyser is turned on there is steaming hot water in the basin taps as well. 3) AC and mini fridge are quite noisy. 4) Staff was pleasant and helpful. 5) there is a set breakfast with one or two variations in the Indian choice and the milkshake. The breakfast is average but decent enough for the price.

It's a Recommended resort, This resort consists of a good room service good rooms Well as in a nice theme. The food was awesome we had both breakfast and dinner at the resort ultimate fresh and great food. The pool is good and the whole property is maintained very well we spent a great and memorable time at this resort. I will recommend this resort as well as it is near the beach and can be easily accessible to the north goa location. Want peace go to this resort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
