        Pathetic hotel, with pathetic rooms and staff. Nothing about this hotel is good. Rooms are tiny with zero maintainance and cleaning. Rooms were slippery due to non cleaning of floor. Rugs and sofa were not cleaned in ages. When asked for tea in room in the morning, they told us to take it from buffet, when asked for room service gave us reason that all are busy. They behaved as if we stayed for free. When asked for hot water they said, chef is busy with other orders. Staff is arrogant and misbehaved. Our room heater was not working, the guy said he'll get it repaired but never turned up. During chevk innthey told us not to use the wall mounted heater and when our portable heater was broke we started the wall heater but they turned it off from the main connection after 15 mins. And which was never turned on later. We had no network so had to rely on wifi, but they used to turn it off as well and pretend as if it was not working. Food quality and menu is also very poor. Had very little options. Never filled the buffet. Specially Non veg. When asked gave the non veg food. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT IS REALLY PATHETIC AND FEELS UNSAFE.

        We stayed in this hotel for 1 day from 23 Rd Nov 2023 till 24th Nov 2023.it was a very pathetic experience. It's was the worst hotel in the entire Kashmir trip.We called them for location however no one answered our calls nor responded to wats app message. We had bookings for 5 rooms in all 5 rooms TV was not working and when asked he said subscription cannot be renewed for the TV . At 8 in the evening we asked to turn on the heater as it was very cold they said it will be turned on only after 9. The heater in our room was not working to which they came to check however later when we complained again they did not respond. They switch off the heater after 11 in the night and even if it is cold outside after repeated request they will not switch it on . The washroom was very dirty when we called the housekeeping staff and told him about it he said so what it is dirty, the wash basin was full of shaved beard and pan stains. When we went to the restaurant and ordered for ala carte they doubled the price, 1 cup of dal and Bhendi bhaji was Rs 320 each. Moreover the staff was so rude and shouting us that ala carte was not available and gave us options of the buffet food and pay for them in ala carte . Morning while having bath hot water was not available in 3 of our rooms. Bed heater was not working as well. Bon fore which was complimentary when my husband asked one staff said there is a charge of Rs 2000 they other said it's free.Please do not book in this hotel as the experience was very bad.

        The place looks nothing like how it’s in the pictures. The rooms were very small and dinghy. The bathroom reeked of sewage water for some reason. The service was quite poor. We ordered tea and were provided tea that was made with spoilt milk. Once we raised it as an issue, then they got it replaced. We got a call from the reception at 10:30 in the night to find out how many of us were staying in the room. I can’t even begin to talk about their food. The plates and cups were unclean. Tea served in buffet is really bad compared to the tea we get when we order through room service. For the breakfast spread, were served Maggi as one of the items. Food otherwise taste very very average. The entire set up seemed unhygienic. I don’t know how they have such great reviews. Something is terribly wrong. Please don’t book this hotel despite the only good thing they have. The location. It’s very close to the lidder river. We were so sick of the hotel that we ended up spending most of our leisure time seated on the bank of the beautiful lidder river.

        Rooms are not very clean, bed sheets are stained.... the food is good though. Staff was understanding and helpful but they expect tips for everything they do for you.

        Pls if anyone is going to this place...be very clear...... if full cold also they say that they on heater in room after 7 pm only and even on whole night they switch off the heater..if we call to housekeeping they say that they on heater only for sometime only.....they don't even listen also and keep their phone aside. ..u keep calling them they don't care about our problems......food is also ok ok...I yesterday only was their in hotel for 1 day stay that is on 19/11/2023.....if u belive me u better book FRESH WATER RESORT... which is near this hotel only....skip this resort and book FRESH water resort....very nice location and very nice food and service of that hotel...don't pay this much to wild flower villa and no premium service is there....
