The most important thing which my whole group admired there is the Food they offerred. They asked us in advance what we want to have then they start buying and preparing. Totally fresh... Hospitality is also very good. Though rooms are not having very high class amenities. But it is all clean.

CAUTIONARY ADVICE!!! DO NOT BOOK… My stay 30 September to 2 October. The main reasons are as follows: 1. Poor hospitality etiquette and untrained staff. 2. No adequate power back up to provide basic amenities like fan, light and hot water. 3. Food prices being charged in excess of the food being served. 4. No direct contact with person in charge to give correct solutions. 5. Swimming pool not ready for use as promised. 6. Irresponsible attitude and asking us to check out on 1 September(go and find another place) and demanding full tarrif payment after being denied the bare minimum facilities. I have given my honest opinion from the experiences i had and hope that other tourists who intend to travel Bandhavgarh in the near future boycott this property for as little as this season only. This will definitely bring the owner to his senses and he/she will strive hard to earn back the reputation this property has lost…

They allow very disappointing and unethical parties and allows alcohol drinking even in the common places. No controls and guidelines for alcohol drinking and smoking. It's very uncomfortable for a family person to use even the common places, they have no controls . You will find people drinking and smoking anywhere like hooligans . Very disappointing. Not recommended for a civilised person at all. Even the bars in the cities have more discipline and control. No land line to call to the reception. Needs to improve a lot.

The latch at the entrance door was broken. Bottled drinking water was actually re-filled by them. The curtains of the room would not close properly, they were pulled together with a safety pin. The bed-linen was stained and extremely dirty and even after getting those changed, they were still stained. There was no electric kettle in the room. The tea was served to us in dirty cups. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The toilet-seat is stained and dirty. The swimming-pool dirty and unkept. The TV in the room was requested to be re-charged but was never done.
