We had a very mediocre experience while staying here. Since we visited this place during the time of New year the cost of the rooms were double the rate which was a whopping 5 k approximately. We were provided only one blanket for two people which is not an ideal scenario when two people are not from the same family. Since we went through the organising team we were here on twin sharing and after multiple requests we were given 2 single blankets. They do not have continuous hot water running but it even takes an hour or more for the water to get hot after the geyser / heater is switched on. Since it was chilly we hardly took a bath in the morning and left for exploration. The only upsides of this hotel is that it is in close proximity to the Auroville beach. The hotel is also very far from the city centre. This hotel does not have any food service inside we have to order from outside. This hotel can improve more if taken care of all these things. They do not have a phone but we have to go down every time if we need anything. Not worth the price we paid for the stay.

Difficult to reach the place because it's in Tamilnadu, so pondicherry auto drivers will charge you double, if you can rent a scooty and drive, this will be the cheapest place you can stay. Serenity beach is near to this place but not a clean place at all. The food was okayish.. the service was okay. For cheap travelling with scooty or personal vehicles, you may choose this place.

Sharing my experience. Rooms & Service: 1. I am a teetotaller. I found black color CK cigarets in my room after a day stay. So, I dont know, if the house keeping didnt clean the room diligently or someone went inside while I was already lodged. Staff claimed that there are CCTV but didnt answer on cigaret. Due to all of this we vacated early from the hotel. 2. There is no breakfast or lunch/dinner service in the hotel. You will have to order food from outside and get it delivered. 3. The location is good. Its walking distance to the beach.

We stayed for a single night in this great resident,we had a bitter experience.we reached their on Friday Eve 6:30pm (15th of Dec-2023)booked for 1 day .The next morning v planned to move for pichavaram ,where 2 Hours travel time from pondy.because of Raining we reached delay there,they stopped boating for a while due to rainy.we started from pichavaram at 4:30pm & reached wind chimes hotel at 6:45pm (16th Sat Eve).The Manager & the other staff (Saravanan) behaviour was very Rude becoz of our delay ...I explained them about a natural bad weather circumstances .but they won't even hear that.finally they charged a HALF DAY ROOM CHARGE as I paid ₹3000-/+ ₹200 extra for a cleaning staff also.Even I paid extra for a half day charge instead of 2 hour delay,I won't get any respect from those staffs .They are squeezed us from our Rooms.they won't gave us even 20 mins to pack our baggages.Me and my family worried a lot becoz of their behaviour. As per your Rule v paid half day charge for an excess hours (delay checkout)y can't u people treated as like an illiterate.v loss our Dignity there.please Never do like this for your clients in future .that day we are under pressure I was ready to make a written complaint against your residence.but I don't have a valid bill with me ..if I have that i definitely file a consumer safety complaint on you people.please don't do it for anybody in future.

very near to beach in just a 2 min walk v ll b in beach which is not much crowded too. Value for money. And good caring and good service 💕 thanks for wind chimes 🙏🙏🙏

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
