        The experience after having a family function here in one of the halls recently was not so pleasant on some aspects and was good on some others. The food was substantially underused and this was not informed to us in advance about rough quantities per person and neither was it offered to us to pack and take away without wasting it. Although most dishes were flavourful with a good variety of both veg and non veg the extreme dissatisfaction of a fish curry which didn’t taste fresh as it was highly likely that frozen fish was used to make the curry. Despite emphatic reminders and repeated requests with extra payment done specifically to get fresh kingfish, in the end we were duped with the above and left with a sour taste. The hall ambience was good generally with enough space and air conditioning. Overall lack of attention to what were our personalised requests , thieving us of the remaining food and a decent hall to conduct ,I’m sure they could have provided a better experience.

        Buffet dinner was not upto expectations.4 year back we visited trivandrum branch rajadhanis buffet dinner was good.Now providing dishes not worthy & not tasty especially non vegetarian items unauthentic taste.Felt disappointed after the dinner.Better try other hotels for dinner.Staffs are giving good service especially ladies staff.

        We have conducted a marriage function on 21 st December, 2023. It was done properly as per the scheduled time. Vivek and other staffs were really cooperative. I would like to recommend Windsor Rajadhani for such functions. Thank you all.

        Recently visited their executive bar to meetup a friend. The service was really poor, the waiting staff were not too interested to take orders and I had to go over to the counter multiple times to order, initially thought this was due to limited manpower, however as the rush increased, more staff came in but same attitude, almost to the point of being rude. I met a friends group on another table who mentioned the same feedback. They asked for wine options and when the waiter mentioned a particular brand, they asked again since it was an unheard of brand, to this the waiter replied in a rude and irritated manner. I have visited this bar multiple times over the years and found the service exceptional, not sure what’s changed now. Most definitely a supervisory lapse from the management.

        really nice experience. I came here for attend buffet lunch. that's why don't know about rooms. Buffet is super. Nice service. 9th floor that's why good ambience. I feel little bit parking difficulty. Overall good

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
