We had good experience while staying here. The staff was very cooperative and understanding. The location, view, food and facilities are top notch. The first day was disappointing as we were allocated a street view while we paid for mountain view. The satff was cooperative enough to allocate the correct room on second day. This would have been a perfect stay if correct room was allocated on very first day itself. Hence 4 star.

This hotel is little away from Munnar but what a view! We stayed for 2 nights and had an amazing experience! Special mention to the restaurant staff - they catered to all our requests and went above and beyond to make us feel royal. Thank you!
