All boots are plastic. They charging 59.00 69.00 and they aren't worth 29.00. cheap plastic leather look. But they are charging the price of real leather. They won't ever get my money again. It's sad how they are treating the consumers.

Glad I checked online before I went to the store, per the website they literally only have 3 pairs of men's boots in stock...why bother to even have a store if you don't stock things?

The cashier (red head) that checked us out was so rude. No customer service skills at all. I understand some people are having a bad day but she shouldn’t be working anywhere with customers.

RUN from the store! I tried to take a pair of shoes back that have NEVER BEEN WORN! They would not take them back because they said I have worn them! Complete BS! They were never worn! The tag was still on the bottom of them. One little mark, that was obviously there when I bought them. I went to another location and they gladly returned them. Customer NO SERVICE in Woodstock! I would fire this manager and her entire team in a blink of an eye!
