I recently stayed at a hotel during my trip, and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The hospitality at this establishment was top-notch. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The hotel's location was another plus point. It was conveniently situated, allowing me easy access to the city's attractions and transportation hubs. This made exploring the area a breeze, and I appreciated not having to travel far to see the sights. Lastly, I was impressed with the responsiveness of the staff. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. In summary, my stay at this hotel was marked by exceptional hospitality, a convenient location, and attentive staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Sept 2023 Stay !! We stayed for 2days and the experience was mind blowing !!! This resort has everything you can ask for (rejuvenate, view, food, staff and hospitality). I definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was very polite and prompt. We came here with our little one and she enjoyed a lot. We will stay again here during our next visit !!

Was skeptical about booking this place initially, after reading past reviews. But since this was the best hotel from a location pov(right on main market) I went ahead. The stay was exceptional, the staff was very prompt and helpful trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even let us checkin at 10 am, and accommodated a lot of our additional requests.

Rooms are OK. Bit old. No mineral water on arrival. Just the flask with tap water provided. Bath tubs in washroom. With no water stoppage option. Washrooms ventilation is average

The room in the old building feel as if one has gone back 50 years... Depressing interiors and feel. Would never ever visit again. On the other hand, staff was very kind and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
