Excellent hotel in great location with excellent service and facilities and staffs are so cool and kind and also very much friendly and they even ask us if we want dinner etc before closing their restaurant.. Location is just near mall road and the breakfast , beverages and cleanliness is outstanding. I never prefer any other hotel in manali henceforth

I loved the ambience and cleanliness of rooms. Rooms are spacious. The food is also delicious. Very good room services and quick response for any services . Well behaved staff and management. Even I got services of taxi at reasonable prices from management Overall I enjoyed a lot and experience was awesome❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Woodland Inn, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The hotel's prime location, nestled so close to the vibrant market area, truly impressed me. Waking up to a beautiful view of bustling streets and colorful market stalls was an absolute delight. The convenience of being just steps away from the local market added an extra layer of charm to my stay. Moreover, the culinary experience at Woodland Inn left me thoroughly satisfied. The hotel's restaurant served a variety of delectable dishes that truly tantalized my taste buds. From hearty breakfasts to mouthwatering dinners, the food quality was exceptional, and the attentive staff made dining a memorable affair. The inn itself exudes a charming and rustic charm, perfectly complementing the picturesque landscape. The exterior of the building is adorned with flowers and lush greenery, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Inside, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel instantly at home. The rooms at the inn are nothing short of delightful. Spacious and tastefully decorated, they boast stunning views of the hills that will take your breath away. The cozy beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after a day of exploring the area. The attention to detail in the room's decor, from the carefully chosen furniture to the thoughtful amenities, truly added an extra touch of luxury.

Beautiful place to stay. We went for our Honeymoon and spent quality time in manali, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. Staff are polite and well behaved. And good thing that is Near by Mall road so we can walk anytime around that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
