There are multiple annexures in this property. Make sure you look at the type of room you are choosing as some of the rooms are outside the main heritage building and they are still work in progress. It is around 30 mins walk from the mall road but on return you will have to take a cab as the roads are quite a steep climb. You will enjoy the walk from the property to the mall road as you will pass the official residence of the CM and the view of the whole city along with mall road and ridge is really beautiful. Do choose your meal options beforehand as it can be quite expensive of you are opting for meals once you check-in to the hotel

A good place to stay at a calm & quite serene location away from hustle & buzzle. You get a feeling of staying in a colonial period!. Not luxurious but comfortable. Good food at the restaurant with live counters! Value for money!

A beautiful heritage hotel called Hotel Woodville Palace, Shimla. It is absolutely stunning! The hotel is a perfect blend of history and luxury. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel also have a lovely courtyard and with devdar tress around it. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a unique and memorable stay! 😊🏰

The rooms are big but not well maintained.. We faced few difficulties like leaking geyser water. Another constraint is location considering long walk towards mall road not recommended for elderly tourist. The positive was the service that was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
