This resort was the perfect choice for our family vacation with our 6 year old kid. We had so much fun exploring the nearby attractions, enjoying the amenities, and relaxing in the cozy rooms. The accessibility to the beach is key! Just walkable. You've everything to keep your kids occupied for a perfect holiday. Including kayaking, cycling, palm leaf crafting, spa, star gazing and many other activities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. This place is a must-visit if you're ever in this part of the world. You won't regret it!

Really lovely tropical hotel sitting in 18 acres of beautiful well kept gardens. 27 large round villas all very well placed apart and totally private . We were very lucky with a private pool,. The restaurant was open sided so very tropical serving very good food, a la carte and buffet,although that could be only if there is a large tour group ?, Wine and beer, no spirits, mockcocktails !! Beach is huge and about two hundred meter walk through the gardens . No natural shade on the beach but umbrellas , more on request if there aren't enough. sand can get very hot. Sea was warm ,calm and lovely. A nice natural looking pool surrounded by shade coconut palms. A spa. Munusha was a lovely lovely welcoming host as was Mable in the restaurant, both so helpful . All staff were so friendly. Easy to walk outside the hotel along the ,not too busy, road and then cut back on a side road to the beach, then back to the hotel on the beach. Would highly recommend .

I had a wonderful experience at this resort! The property is impeccably maintained, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was simply amazing! My family and I rented a private pool villa, and it was a fantastic choice. Our kid absolutely loved the plunge pool. It was the perfect getaway for us. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacations.

Xandari Pearl at Maraari is a gem of a place. We are a family of 4 and stayed for 2 nights during October, 2023. Beautiful and well-blended with the natural habitat, extremely clean with large open areas, the resort is the perfect place for a peaceful vacation. Cottages are very good and spacious, the staff behaviour stands out for their courtesy, and positive energy. They have a small natural lake inside the property, where we tried paddle boats and kayaking. Another surprise was the food on offer. All the meals were excellent, tasty. Try out their salads, yum. Kudos to the chef and the kitchen team. The beach access is a pleasant add-on. I would definitely go back for more. Nothing much to complain about. The cycles on offer were a bit run down, especially the kids ones. If that can be taken care, would be great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
