I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a good experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable, and I’m happier with the service I received. One individual who truly stood out during my stay was Harish. His exceptional service and unwavering support made a significant difference in my overall experience. From the moment I arrived, Harish greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel instantly welcomed. He was attentive to every detail and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry I had throughout my stay. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. Moreover, the food at this hotel was simply good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its very good service, remarkable hospitality, and delectable food. The attentive support provided by Harish made my stay even more memorable, and I truly appreciate his efforts. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

The decision to book this hotel was a total mistake. We booked it through an agent, the google pictures were totally misleading. Pros: 1)The rooms were spacious. 2)The person at the reception was very humble. Cons: 1) The rooms were shabby. 2)The hygiene was totally an unknown concept. 3)The person who made our meals, served us food, the same person fixed the plumbing concerns, the same person fixed the electrical concerns. 4) The rooms were not maintained at all. 5) The taps were ready to come off as soon as we opened them. 6)the rugs in the rooms were very shabby and dirty. 7) The glasses they served in the room were so dirty despite the fact that we got them washed. 8) The concept of washing hands was not known to the staff. All in all, it was a complete useless hotel. I would not recommend anyone booking the same hotel to anyone. Total waste of money.

Good hotel with basic amenities. Big spacious family rooms with mountain view, balcony, adequate garden area and parking slots. At first sight, it appeared small budget lodge but the hospitality, humble and polite conduct by staff led by Mr. Harish Pahadi is noteworthy and the prime reason for guests to be most comfortable. Customised quality food service with apt response is the USP of this place. The place is 2 kms away from busy Mall Road but still it's quite, serene and beautiful place to stay.

Ample parking space and undoubtedly rooms are spacious, but the services are extremely poor, mainly due to the reason, there is only one person for all kind of services ie cleaning, serving, plumbing, for electrical issue, etc. The portion of food they offer, is very lean at very high prices. Moreover you have to preorder your food even on à la carte and you won't get more, if needed. Limited cutlery to serve. Majorly these problems will arise when you book the complete property (6 rooms). Extra bedding, extra tolitories, extra towel are the major issue we faced during our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
