I booked this hotel through Make my trip on 24 & 25th Dec 23. No basic amenities available. Main door lock was not working. Bath room lock was not working. They took 4 hours to repair both the locks. Fan regulator is not working. Lift was out of order.Not at all worthy for the money that was paid. I ahve been cheated by make my trip. No Housekeeping.

Front office responsibility is very poor. After entering, AC is not working, they repair it after complain. Bath water supply has very low, they repair it after complain. No bathroom light. No night lamp. Room is small size. Bed mattress is not good..

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
