This hotel is located on Mall Road - a short walk from the Mall. We made reservation for a room with a queen bed and a single bed. The pillows were fluffy and the blanket and quilts were cozy. The big window in our room had a direct view of the mountains. This hotel had a decent restaurant which serves Indian and Chinese food. The hotel would provide a room heater if requested. However, the bathroom in our room emanated a putrid odor throughout the day - which became unbearable during night time. Such a stench is not expected at a four-star hotel.

Comfortable hotel in a nice location close to Mall Road. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was also nice and homely, nothing too extravagant. The staff were extremely kind and helpful both at the restaurant and the front desk. Housekeeping was also prompt. Wifi can be spotty but then again we are in a hill station.

We booked the hotel offline on 30.12.2023 and the accommodation was not good as expected, we checked in at around 8pm in the evening and we checked out around 9am in the morning, the 1st problem we faced was the price which was too much expensive as we paid Rs 4500 for just one night, and since we booked the hotel after seeing good reviews which were not at all, there was double bed available when we came and when we asked for the double bedded room which they had told us that it was available and within minutes they said it's booked and instead they offered us triple bed room intentionally for two of us so that we needed to pay extra Rs 500 which was not professional at all from their part, especially the receptionist and when we went inside the room the receptionist didn't provided a single mineral water and the bathroom was so slippery we had to avoid it using frequently due to slippery as it was not clean properly from previous tourist who had stayed there and the bucket was so dirty that we had to show it to the service boy, and we were not provided basic amenities like loofah, disposable slippers and dental kit, only after requesting them several times they bought in the room, when we asked for the blower which they were supposed to keep in room already they said blower is not available and it has been send for maintenance, so you can just imagine during winter in Darjeeling the temperature goes minus and we were forced to sleep without blowers in cold, we really had a bad night and the price what we paid for was not satisfactorily at all. I shall not stay in this hotel again.

Hotel is overall good with some negetive points : Pros: 1. Excellent Location 2. Breakfast service is quite good. 3. Restaurant personnel behaviour is good. 4. On call services are prompt. 5. Rooms and hotel ambience is quiet and peaceful. Cons: 1. Not recommended to go for their direct booking service, it will cost you much high price as compared to online booking for the same room. 2. For direct booking case you will be entertained by the booking executive till you check in to the hotel, after check in they will not even reply if you face any problem in hotel (Personal Experience & have proofs) 3. For a room cost Rs.6000 per night they do not provided a single bottle of packaged drinking water.. This is so pathetic, instead they provided local RO water from their kitchen, which may not be healthy. 4. Their behaviour is professional no doubt but You will definetly feel missing of warmth in that.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms( Specially Premium Triple bed rooms). Excellent Restaurant.. Sheff Upen is too good. No Laundry service. Lift is working. View is good. Geysar sometimes stopped working, but they worked on it immediately after informing. Location is good. No on site travel desk, they arrange over phone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
