Unlike other hotels, In Yashree we go downwards in lift to reach different floors as this building is constructed facing the panoramic hill view. This was a different experience for us. The staffs were courteous and polite. Cleanliness is top notch. The facilities offered in rooms are of 5-star hotels I'd say. The Balcony alongside premium room made our stay worth remembering for lifetime. The food they offered were exceptional and also consisted of south Indian cuisine which helped us a lot. The staffs helped us on keeping our luggage post checked out for sightseeing.

Went for vacation with 11 senior family members. Very good room service, polite employees, hot water 24*7 and they put heater in every room. And we tell them to add a dish for dinner and they did. We loved the stay, would definitely come back!

I visited this place in January. The reality does not match the images portrayed. The rooms are poorly maintained, featuring dated furniture, and some even have an unpleasant odor. It appears as though this place hasn't been renovated in a very long time. The terrace area is especially unclean. which is a contrast to what is advertised in the pictures. Furthermore, the staff and manager are quite inflexible and discourteous. They are unwilling to accommodate requests, even after several pleas. For instance, when we asked for a bonfire to be arranged, they flatly refused over such a trivial matter. I strongly advise against staying here. They spoiled my visit. No matter what you ask for, the answer is always a resolute no, without any consideration. Avoid visiting this place.

Great location with beautiful surrounding atmosphere & great view. Most friendly and helpful front office and staff ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean with excellent service in where we had dinner & breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped, clean & comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.👌👍

Pathetic staff , non corporative And the rooms are smelly and small in size. Pics shown on the websites is totally different, dirty rooms and bathrooms . Staff is rude and very ill mannered they don’t corporate in anything . Worst experience, pathetic hotel , pathetic property, specially for families , dont visit here there are lot of good properties in mussoorie.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
