        Very delightful experience. The rooms are clean. And service was awesome with especially the food cooked. The owner was a true gentlemen he guided us with the best way possible. Would recommend everyone to visit shalimar houseboat. Would be willing to come again❤️❤️❤️

        We stayed there for a night and it was indeed one of the best experiences in Srinagar. Situated at Nigeen lake, the views of the mountains were splendid and the evenings/mornings were quite peaceful. Kesar’s hospitality was beyond words (just a call away at both 1 am and 5 am) and the meals cooked were just too scrumptious. Rooms are quite spacious and the washrooms are very clean. Close your eyes and go for it.

        As Kashmir and Kashmiri known for their hospitality but it’s completely missing in this hotel. Rude behaviour even all the time in fighting mode. No hot water, tasteless food, no heating facility in the room. We asked for extra blanket but they denied for the same also. Actually it was a pathetic nightmare for us in . Big no to this hotel for even free of cost.

        Staying at this property was a nightmare. Stayed here on last day of our trip, took about 20-30 mins to reach by shikara. We were provided a room with two different beds, no heating system, they turned the heater on after a lot of arguments n couple of calls to travel manager, then tasteless food was served in a super cold room (as they turned heater on for our room, they had to turn it off for the dining room), dinner was - cabbage and watery dal, which obviously we didn't eat. After complaining, they promised to serve aaloo parantha in breakfast. Which they did! But then they said the most shocking thing - we only made one parantha and there's no more in kitchen. What kind of stay is this!

        Staying here for one night and experience is awesome. I am expressing my whole gratitude to Mr.Isfaq for arranging a quick candle light dinner to make my trip memorable. Rooms are spacious will all modern facilities. Food quality and quantity is good. Overall a five star experience. Thank you all for this lovely arrangements.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
