If you love nature and peace...it's the best place to spend your holidays.. location is so good. Services and very good.... They have all facilities. Food is delicious. Staff is very cooperative and polite.

I recently visited Zac's Valley Resort in Kodaikanal with my friends during New Year 2024, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. 1) **Location:** The resort is conveniently located on the way to Kodaikanal, approximately 15 kms before reaching the main town. 2) **Ambiance:** The surroundings were serene, and the weather was pleasantly cool, providing the perfect escape from our regular routines. It's an excellent spot to relax and take a break. 3) **Food:** The in-house team prepared fantastic food for us, even accommodating requests that were not on the menu. The culinary experience was delightful. 4) **Service:** Special mention to Mano anna, Dhanraj anna, and the entire hospitality team for their exceptional service. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. 5) **Adventure Activities:** Our experience with the trek and private falls organized by Prakash anna was truly memorable. It added an adventurous touch to our stay. 6) **Company:** Mr. Somu was a fantastic host, providing great company during our stay. We enjoyed playing TT, carrom, and appreciated his efforts in arranging the trek. 7) **Suggestions:** While we had a wonderful time, we hope the resort can offer more options for exploration and indoor games in the future. Overall, our stay at Zac's Valley Resort was rejuvenating, and the warmth of the staff made it a memorable trip. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful retreat with excellent service.

Service wise it was good. Mr. Xavier is the star of the property as he proves to be very helpful and supportive. Mr Anbu also was a good support during our stay. It was good to connect with Mr. Zac the owner of the resort and to know how he wishes to efficiently run this project. Over all it was a pleasent stay.

A Delightful Stay at Zacs Resort in Kodaikanal I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zacs Resort in Kodaikanal, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, every aspect of my stay contributed to a memorable and delightful retreat. **Accommodation:** The rooms at Zacs Resort are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The scenic views from the room added to the overall charm of the stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail in room service were commendable. **Resort Manager - Somu:** One of the highlights of my stay was the exemplary service provided by the resort manager, Mr. Somu. “Zacs Valley Resort” is an amazing place for a much needed vacation. If you’re looking for a quiet and a relaxing place then “Zacs Valley” is the best place to go. Highly safe and secured. The ambiance, Room, Food and the service were great . Special mention about the staffs, they were all very welcoming and friendly. Security guards and House Keepers were very kindhearted. Best thing your furry babies are most welcomed there . P.S. There’s a hidden water falls nearby the resort, don’t miss to experience the beauty of it.. Thank you to the entire team of “Zacs Valley Resort” for giving us a wonderful and unforgettable experience.. Note: The last 5kms ride to the resort will be lil longer and tricky but it will be worth after entering inside.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
