        The houseboat is in a great location away from crowded Dal lake. The interiors are so nice and feel Royal. The rooms are good. The food taste is excellent and homely. Staff are friendly and polite. Only issue we faced was the room heater was not switched on as the staff told it would be available only from November. We slept in damn cold. Advice to management is room heater should be available on need basis. The rate can be adjusted as appropriate. Otherwise, great stay !

        We, a family of three visited Zafferbhai Deluxe houseboat on 25/11/23 on a single day stay. Since our houseboat was on Nigeen lake, we had to leave our shopping at Lal chowk midway to hurry to the houseboat as it gets pretty dark around 6pm in this time of the year. But as we reached the shore, the service was amazing. We were immediately picked up by a shikara guy who loaded all our heavy bags & in the shikara smoothly dropped us to our houseboat in 10 minutes. On the boathouse we were greeted by Mr Wasim who was very courteous in his approach. The food was above average. The water was very hot & so was the food. Only problem is that due to government regulations the warmer is switched off at 11 pm. You are given a hot water bag for the later. We checked out at 8am sharp as we had an early flight. Breakfast was on table at 7:30 & shikara guy was there at 7:45. I really admire the punctuality, coming from Mumbai. I would recommend a day’s stay at Zafferbhai’s deluxe houseboat. Just disconnect from the crowd and enjoy the serenity of the lake. P.S : The moon looks awesome & so does the early morning sun. Don’t forget to click a few snaps.

        Best location for stay on the lake. Not crowded as the dal lake. Wasim was very helpful and took me to the chemist when needed. Food is good, they have veg and non veg options.

        Beautiful stay, amazing service and pleasant atmosphere. Must visit place. Aadhil was our caretaker and he was very kind and approachable. He ensured that we are comfortable and all our needs are met. This boat house was more than beautiful. one of my wonderful experiences in Srinagar.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
