Located beside Darjeeling Station. Mall road and local market is at walkable distance. Rooms are clean and hygienic with all basic facilities. Service is up to the mark and staff is also courteous. Restaurant is also good with tasty food items in reasonable price. Overall perfect stay place for vacation.

For name sake, it is 3-star hotel. The rooms are bad. I stayed in room 307, it had a hole in the room where cold air was getting in 24x7. The room was freezing cold. The room heater was chargeable but the heater was faulty and it was not warming the room. The service was terrible. They will offer u buffet at a particular price but if they see more customers then they will say either the price has increased or the items are not available. They will treat u rudely. The location is worst, just infront of the railway station, so get ready to hear the train noise entire day. This hotel experience has totally ruined my northeast trip.

The services of the hotel is very very poor.. Charges are very high in all aspects but the requirements of the customers are not considered. Hugely understaffed. Will never recommend anyone to this hotel.

SCAM ALLERT!!!!!!! Please be aware while booking this hotel.A huge Scam has been going on. Me and my friends had contacted the number provided in the chat section, we paid ₹4000 as advance payment for four rooms as per their instructions. Once the amount was paid they kept asked for more. We could sense something was wrong so we told them to cancel the booking and refund our money. But they verbally abused us refused and stopped receiving our phone calls.

This was the only accommodation of my whole trip, organised by my guide, that I refused to use. Staff were exceptionally nice, but the location is bad, right in the service area for the trains, constant Diesel fire outside with fumes; also trains always tooting so very loud. Room also had no window, not even kidding sadly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
