ZANA Forest Resort in Ranthambore is a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature's beauty. The staff is friendly and ensures a wonderful stay. The rooms are comfy and modern, blending luxury with a touch of wilderness. The on-site restaurant serves delicious local dishes. The resort's commitment to conservation adds a special touch. Staying at ZANA is more than just accommodation; it's a refreshing experience that connects you with Ranthambore's stunning environment.

This hotel's service was shockingly poor, marked by a chaotic lack of organization from management. Our sole purpose for staying there was a safari in Rathambore, which we decided to prearrange with the hotel for a specific day due to our limited schedule. Despite their assurances and taking an advance payment, their incompetence shone through disastrously. Upon arrival, they claimed our international payment for the safari hadn't cleared, contradicting our bank's confirmation, thus they didn’t book any safari for us. Even worse, the operations manager, outright lied to us. He guaranteed he had resolved the issue by securing a new safari reservation for the next day. We trusted his word and woke up at 5:30 AM to go to the pick-up point escorted by a guy from the hotel, only to be left stranded and shivering in the cold for two hours. The final blow came when the operations manager called us at 7:30 AM admitting that there was no safari booking at all, contradicting his explicit confirmation. Their disorganization not only wasted our time but also our money. It’s better to avoid this hotel if you just come for the safari - there are far better, trustworthy options available.

Iam really happy with the service and food of the resort. Beautiful property with spacious rooms. Overall a great experience. Special attractions are play area, jacuzzi and safari.
