        The behaviour of the manager is very bad, seems like giving threatening. I don't know whether the owner knows about it or not. If he knows about it then I think he is indirectly supporting this kind of behaviour. I personally have no grudges with these people but yes for the support of those person who come and stays from far away should get proper polite treatment and good service with behaviour. As I have heard with several people who faced these behaviour. And even having so many bad reviews on Google, if they lies with the same behaviour then it means that in this case there should be a consumer complaint against this hotel. Giving reviews will not make any changes to these hotel service. They will keep on harassing the other person because they know that nobody can harm us. Everybody has respect. I request to the Google and the Consumer forum government of state and country to look into these small things which can be turn up to a big incidence if overlooked. I hope with a faith and wish that it could be resolved peacefully.

        Good place to stay. All staff members are supportive. I am here from 20 days. They are providing good and hygiene breakfast as a complementary. Also they are cleaning room time to time.

        Dont go for this hotel. They only want money from people. They took my money even though I did not check in and they dont want to refund. Such a fraud hotel.

        WORST PLACE-DO NOT STAY HERE-This is the worst place in Hyderabad, owner has cameras every where he will watch who is coming and who is going to your room. Hotel maids will stay next to your room.if any one visit you thats it manager Mahesh(the worst guy) will vacate you from there and he will not refund your money, instead of one rating i wish i can give 0 or minus.

        The rooms are good and comfortable. AC 's in the bedrooms and working well and is maintained well. The only problem faced was with reception staff behaviour. They want to understand that customers are more important and train their staff or employees properly. Rest all are decent and the location is also a prime area. Overall it's good to stay for those who wants to stay near Gachibowli.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
