Throughout my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly affected my overall experience. These included slow response times from staff, cleanliness concerns in my room, and a lack of attention to detail in addressing my requests. As a guest, I had expected a higher standard of service from a reputable establishment like yours. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations. I believe constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope that you take this note as an opportunity to address the issues I've raised and work towards providing a better experience for your future guests. Idk why this hotel gets one star reviews sometimes but this is THE BEST HOTEL IN BANGALORE UNDER 5K. If you are comparing this hotel to others in the same price range, this is the best one yet. Located near the middle of bangalore, the hotel offers very good rooms. The rooms were not at all what I expected. I got rooms with breakfast included for 3.7k per night but if you get the room for under 5k, definitely do go for it. Rooms are very clean and well air conditioned. Good perfume smell and very clean mirrors are cherrys on top. Views are pretty good, nothing special. Pool is available and they said gym is also available but I didn't get time to check it out. You can also go the rooftop to enjoy the views and click photos. Parking space is plenty. The staff is very kind and helpful and you will get all the help you need from them. There are a lot of restaurants nearby(mostly vegetarian) but the hotel food is very tasty so you will not need to go out. You can order food upto 9 or 10 in the night I think. I ordered food at 9 and they delivered it to my room and when I tried at 11, they said food was over. The breakfast spread is mostly vegetarian but the food there is delicious and filling. You can also order some food and order eggs or scrambled eggs in the breakfast counter and they will make it for you free of cost. Very good location and many stores and restaurants nearby. Uber drivers are able to reach here without any issues as well. It is close to the racecourse as well. The bathrooms are very clean as well and hot water is available 24/7. The hot water showers are very soothing and they provide many packaged goods in the bathroom as well. Overall if your budget is below 5k, go here for sure. Very impressed with the stay. Definitely worth the price.

Very bad experience with the staff of Zion Hotel. We arrived at the hotel on 9 Sep at about 3.30pm. As we alight from the car, my driver wanted to know where to park the car. The security guy in blue uniform was so rude that be said no parking at the hotel and you can park elsewhere. Argument broke out between security guy and my driver. The security guy was so rude that he showed hand gestures to my driver. After we checked in, my driver told us about this. When we asked the front office manager, she was so protective of the staff and said the staff wouldn't talk rude. So she was hinting that we are lying. We got so angry that we did't want to stay in that hotel and we checked out immediately although full payment has been made. So I would like to advise all those reading this review not to book Zion hotel. The lobby looks small and under furnished. In front of our eyes, one lady guest who was sitting on an elevated platform, fell infront of us. Poor planning for guest security. 👎👎👎

Our experience at this hotel is good and housekeeping is also nice and good in terms of service. The behaviour of the staff is friendly, calm and nice. And the housekeeping boy Mr. Sanjay Pradhan on 6&7th floor his work & behaviour is good and nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
