The hotel is decent for a day stay or two, the management appears to be a bit less accommodating. We had to keep our luggage, we were in a hurry, we called in advance to confirm if we could keep the luggage at the reception for an hour. They confirmed that we can. On visit, they started giving strict rule template answers and later allowed. Later, we had 5 bags which needed to be carried to the 4th floor room. There was no one to help us take the luggage nor they were willing to allow an outsider friend to help me. The receptionist kept on citing the rule of "outsiders not allowed". After a few minutes of discussion, they allowed my friend to help me with the luggage. Having been to multiple hotels, I have rarely seen such unhelpful and unaccommodating staff. Hope this review helps in understanding that the staff would not be ready to accomodate to your needs, might even deny support for some instances and would only help if you request multiple times.

I booked this hotel through corporate booking for 5 days. I recommend everyone to not waste your money and search good professional hotels near by. I booked king bed but they provided twin shared and beds were not comfortable at all, despite of complaining to staff they were not willing to improve/change also. You have to chased with reception for small small things (i.e. towel, dental kit etc) and after 7.00 pm receptionist will not be available on call most of time for hours n hours. Worst experience after spending good amount of perks.

Booked this hotel through my office. The rooms are really nice. The service and the food has been great so far. The staff I have personally interacted with, Babul and Somanath, are very helpful, courteous and polite.

The experience was quite bad. The main problem with this hotel is the management staff. They are so unprofessional. Family and couples people, please avoid this hotel. While check out also, similar mis management was seen. One person told me that he will WhatsApp me the bill while checking out and the another lady called me telling bill is not paid. These people don't communicate to each other.

Someone called Sultan at the front desk was the guy who spoke to me.. Pathetic service. I have no clue if they really know about hospitality and hotel Industry... I cannot anything for u is the answer that fellow was giving.. I mean seriously.. do u know how to talk... Not even understanding the language also.. Worst hotel and worst service..don't even think of booking this hotel. You will feel sad later

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
