Loved the stay, Room was spacious, clean and hygienic. Good WIFI connectivity. No fuss with the check in or check out process. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly everyday. The only disappointment would be food as it was average.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful area, accessible to Metro station, Bus stop and shopping complex. Booked for our extended family and they were very pleased by Rooms, location, Staff and service. Morning breakfast is very good. Will be looking to book the same for future events as well. The pricing is very reasonable and the management is very helpful.

Zero rating I would give if that option is available to them as Literally waste of money and waste of your valuable time. I am staying in this hotel since last four months (10-15 days in a month) as our organization has corporate tie up with them. Good staff and manager as person but no mobile network available for any service provider and height is their WiFi not at working at every time and pathetic part is they never bother about customer complain and to take appreciate action. Literally you have to stay in their rooms without mobile connectivity. I Storngly recommend to not stay in this hotel and get frustrated.

I will give 5 stars to this hotel. Because the hotel was very neat and clean. Everything has been well maintained. Proper response from management team and room staffs. Good place to stay in Whitefield.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Manager is to good and polite Mr Vignesh.Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Front desk Mr veeresh is soo helpful to understand the issue.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
