Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was clean and ready for our check-in. The staff was very friendly and warm. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was really good. Lot of fun restaurants and bars within a 15 walk from the hotel. Will definitely come back to stay here next time I'm in Goa

PROS: The place was very well maintained. Excellent Ambience, calm and comfortable rooms. Food was excellent. Wide range of choices for food and drinks CONS: Place is a bit far from beaches and tourist attractions. Hotel cabs are expensive

So... To start off with Ziva Suites gave me and my family a very comfortable stay. Right from the Security at the gate to the Reception and the House Keeping staff were all Welcoming with a smile on their face. What else do you need after a long journey from another State. We felt very much Welcomed. The in-room dining had a quick service with minimal wait time. Food was tasty and had options of Local Cuisine as well as Mughlai, Chinese, Continental & Italian... Rooms are Very Hygienic and Clean with all amenities. Nothing to complain about. We really had a pleasurable stay here and would definitely look forward to staying again at Ziva Suites on our next visit...

The room was nothing short of luxurious, with elegant furnishings and a stunning view.The staff's professionalism and friendliness were remarkable, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Every request was promptly attended to, and their local recommendations were spot-on.The hotel's amenities, including a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and a variety of dining options, provided a complete package for a memorable stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly luxurious and hassle-free experience. Five stars all the way!

We planned for a mini vacation in Goa and as we were traveling with 7 year old, we were looking for a comfortable and a relatively quiet hotel near vagator. Ziva suites seemed like a good option and it turned out to be a great one. The rooms are spacious and clean with amenities what you expect in star hotel. Service was also prompt. Special mention: Mr Anthony, who was extremely helpful and always assisted/guided with any queries I had, with a smile ofcourse. Only let down was the buffet breakfast it was a bit ordinary. Overall great stay. Thanks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
