Everything in this hotel was good except the valet parking. 1. They park the cars on the road several blocks away from the hotel with no security. 2. They are inexperienced and irresponsible as far as the valet parking is concerned. 3. At the time of checkout , when I handed over the token card for my car, they promptly brought a wrong car and didn’t bother to check. They realised only when I raised an alarm. 4. I had to search for my keys in their drawer. 5. When my car was brought, music was at its high volume. It’s a clear evidence that these drivers are misusing the guests car in the parking. The settings in my navigation system were all changed. 6. I felt very unsafe with their valet system. Even the manager agreed and accepted the mistake but he was helpless. 7. Hotel management has to take serious action against these irresponsible, reckless staff. 8. The driver and the valet manager didn’t even apologise and were extremely casual and sarcastic. Horrible experience. 9. Didn’t expect such an experience at this kind of a hotel.

Booked table for buffet lunch for a get together. Due to some unavoidable circumstances the number of pax. has been reduced by me. However Ms.Akshaya agreed and arranged the buffet for us. Thanks to her. Mr.Krishna has taken enough care in handling guests thanks to him also.

Stayed with family on 24th and 25th December 2024. Our stay and food were awesome! Hat's off to the Chef. Lakshmi Narayan!!! Breakfasts were really yummy and sumptuous! Service of Ms.Ichha was really worth appreciation. We feel blessed and privileged!!! Thank you ever so much!!!

Best part : Location The breakfast Buffet was ok Rooms ok , no light in our room and even after repeated requests not resolved and we had to in a rush check out in the morning and did all the packing and we became ready in the dark.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
