This is the worst hotel. The bar is located at 10th floor and you can hear the loud music at 6th floor.. never waste your money in this hotel. This is 5star, only in name. The staff is rude. If your order by their online food menu, then they charge more than written. And they do not accept that the bill should be according to the online menu, and not according to the whims of hotel. The room service is so bad, you have to call reception atleast 3-4 times for sending towels and blankets. The hotel is dirty. The food is bad. Also whole hotel smells strongly of cigrette. If you raise a complain, then the staff will become rude. Even 3 star hotel provide better service than this. Do not book this hotel. Instead of relaxation, you will get a nightmare.

Title: Unpleasant Experience Due to Noise Disturbance Review: I recently stayed at Zone By The Park in Kolkata (Room No. 520), and unfortunately, my experience was marred by a significant issue. At 2:00 am, I was disturbed by loud party music coming from the 10th floor. Despite my immediate complaint to the reception, no action was taken to address the noise. This lack of responsiveness to a guest's concern is disheartening. A hotel should prioritize the comfort of its guests, especially during late hours. The disturbance affected my sleep and overall satisfaction with the stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Guests should be able to expect a peaceful and comfortable stay, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of that expectation. Vikrant Gupta

Location is good , room are comfortable, I liked the bathroom shower, pressure was excellent. Hotel need lots of of attention from housekeeping mainly exterior wall, fountain are near lobby floor, outside window areas.etc. also wifi was not good , I was in 5th floor and airtel network was pathetic hence struggling with connectivity and office work..

Pathetic rooms with mosquitoes. I changed room after one night but mosquitoes were everywhere. Thermostat won’t go above 19 degree Celsius and even two technicians couldn’t solve the problem. Staffs are generally rude. Better to avoid this place.

Pathetic service by the front staff abzad or some name at front office. Very non customer centric. He was not ready to listen to us what so ever. Eventually we asked for cancellation and for that also he did the drama. After waiting for 2 hours they approved the cancellation. I don’t recommend this to anyone. I am going to post this on twitter as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
