Best hotel to stay in the Udaipur, provided A1 services and rooms are neat & clean and also staff is very cooperative. So, anyone searching good property to stay in Udaipur. I recommend this place to stay where you find ample of services at best rates with best quality.

I had a good stay at Zone Connect by The Park, in December 2023. The decor and ambience was really colourful and quirky, sitting by the poolside and enjoying a cuppa was lovely! The rooms were clean and well provided for, I would recommend adding another chair near the desk for working purposes. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The food was good too, dinners were hearty and homely. The one drawback for me was that it's completely vegetarian, don't even offer eggs for breakfast. I enjoyed my stay at Zone and would recommend it to other travellers for a comfortable, hygienic and friendly experience. One huge plus was the great quality of the wi fi, since I was on a work trip. Very often hotels have terrible wifi but this was not the case here.

The hotel is nice but it's definitely not a 4- star. Their service is really disappointing, may be they are short staffed or just don't know much about service. Everything you need won't be in the room, then you have call about 4-5 times and at the end you end of being frustrated as they won't even get a towel or water or slippers or anything you want in timely manner. The room we got was stinking with toilet smell, we asked for a change which didn't happen the first night. We needed a spare matress which we had to wait for 2 hours atleast. Same with most services. Secondly, the breakfast buffet was cold both mornings. They provided same food both mornings, and it was cold - idli, sambhar, bread pakora, Puri bhaji, sandwiches all cold, had to wait for long enough to get hot tea. But tea was tasty ! I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here for such prices !

Very disgusting experience. Service was very poor, even hot water was not available in bathroom. breakfast was also not good, very limited options available. Inexperienced staff. Hotel is not good for family, can be opt for business meetings or unmarried boys.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
