Beds are pretty comfortable. Good sleep for people sleeping in lower bed. The people staying on the upper bed were feeling suffocated, the ladder for climbing was harsh. Climbing and getting down is actually difficult for people living in dorm. There is no side table for people in lower or upper bunk bed to keep things like mobiles or ring or watch. Hot water is provided and has no issues as well. The washroom is well maintained. Toileteries were not provided so carry on your own. Food is amazing and service was good. I have not tried other hostels so can't say if this is the best for the price. But this is good enough for the price. The view from the roof top is to die for. One of the best view. No safety issues detected during our stay. Bonus - Don't carry heavy luggage as the hostel is located at the hill and carrying the luggage is difficult.

Wholesome experience. Amazing vibe. Amazing group of people. The host was accommodative and polite. Rooms were spot on. Bathrooms were huge and clean. Cafe had great food. The pool table can do with a bit more space, but the game room is a vibe too. Fun!

Service was very good. The staff is very helpful and kind specially the manager and kitchen staff. Food was delicious. We didn't like the location of the property. It's in the old city so traffic jam is quite common. Although it was nearby to almost every sight.

In the beginning I was bit sceptical if the services will be satisfactory but after my stay I can definitely say that Zostel services were great and beyond satisfactory. The food was delicious and inexpensive. The staff was hospitable and catered to all our requirements. We didn’t even have a slightest inconvenience during our stay.

Traveling solo or in a group this is the best place to stay and chill. I meet with some amazing people here. The lake view is amazing😍 too

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
