About Abu Dhabi Airport

The United Arab Emirates' second-largest airport is Abu Dhabi International Airport (IATA: AUH). In 1982, the airport — originally called Al Bateen Airport — was transferred from Abu Dhabi Island to the mainland. A second runway and other new facilities were added in 2002. Passengers surged from 3.4 million in 1998 to nearly 25 million in 2017. Many domestic and foreign airlines use Abu Dhabi Airport. The airlines that travel the most frequently are Etihad Airways, Virgin Australia,  Air India, and Cedar Jet. Over 120 locations in 60 different countries are connected to Abu Dhabi by the national airline Etihad Airways.

There are three terminals and two parallel runways at this 8,500-acre airport. The earliest terminal, Terminal 1, comprises a bi-level departure and arrival area, many bus boarding gates, and nine major entrances with aerobridges. Low-cost airlines primarily use the recently built Terminal 2, which has 19 check-in counters, two baggage carousel belts, and three bus entrance gates.

At this airport, you can take advantage of the following conveniences when travelling: Free trolleys, ATMs, currency exchange desks, baby care areas, strollers, kids' play areas, newspapers, magazines, medical services, and more.

About Abu-dhabi

Abu Dhabi, the city and administrative centre of the Abu Dhabi emirate, serves as the capital of the United Arab Emirates (formerly the Trucial States or Trucial Oman). The city is confined to a small, triangular island with the same name. It is off the Persian Gulf coast and is connected to the mainland by a thin bridge. Abu Dhabi's transformation from an impoverished village of only regional relevance to a metropolitan city with a fully established infrastructure was made possible by the emirate's oil wealth. There are several natural treasures in Abu Dhabi. The garden city of Al Ain, located on the slopes of Jebel Hafeet, is home to various historical landmarks. At the same time, the emirate's well-known Liwa oasis in the southwest of the emirate is home to some of the world's biggest and most gorgeous dunes. The cultural centre of the United Arab Emirates has been referred to as Abu Dhabi. Arab poetry, belly dancing, and desert safaris are a few of the UAE's cultural highlights. Many people wear traditional clothing, with the men donning full-length shirts and checkered white or red headdresses. The ladies are covered in a hijab and wear long black robes called abayas. Abu Dhabi offers an almost endless variety of cuisines, from Indian to Italian. In Abu Dhabi, there are many beautiful natural attractions.

About Cape Town Airport

Cape Town International Airport is the main international entry point into South Africa's Cape Town metropolitan area. The IATA Code of this airport is CPT which is also Africa's third busiest airport and the country's second busiest. It manages flights to many destinations in Asia, Africa, and Europe. On the other hand, the Cape Town Airport offers nonstop service to Johannesburg, Durban, and other South African cities. About twenty km south of the city centre, close to Matroosfontein, is where you'll find Cape Town Airport.

Two terminals—the international and domestic—are connected by a sizable central terminal building. Since there is hardly any distance between them, connecting planes take off with no hitch, thanks to a shared check-in facility. For people with disabilities, the airport has great accessibility. There are travelators, ramps, passenger escalators to all levels, and wheelchair accessibility in all establishments mentioned above. Renting a car at Cape Town Airport is advised if you travel to the Cape Town area for leisure. At CPT Airport, these services are provided: Banks, WiFi, shops, a church, restaurants, prayer rooms, health services, conference rooms, and restrooms.

About Cape-town

Cape Town serves as both the regional capital of the Western Cape province and the seat of government for South Africa. Cape Town is also called the "Mother City" of South Africa. It is located on the northern side of the Cape Peninsula, about 50 km north of the Cape of Good Hope. Cape Town was founded as a refreshment stop for ships used by the Dutch East India Company on the beaches of Table Bay in 1652. To help the Dutch protect the city from British attack, the French maintained a garrison in 1781. Their presence affected local culture and architecture.A variety of delicacies, including bredies, pickles, stews, savoury nibbles, sweet delights like koesisters, boeber, and several "porrings," are included in Cape Malay cuisine. The Cape is a cultural mash-up of Malay, Afrikaner, English, Dutch, French, and Xhosa lifestyles. The township culture of Cape Town provides a fresh viewpoint on the area's cultural diversity. The rich and impoverished mingle in a vibrant mix of brick homes and shacks. Walking through shebeens to local artisan markets, churches, and museums reveals spirited business activities that signal the end of apartheid.
