Worst condo and Greedy Management. Not good for foreigners to rent their. Everything in that condo needs to pay. The owner pay for monthly dues and when the visitors wants to use the amenities needs to pay 100 baht each. Very greedy. One of the cheap condo in bangkok. Much better to look for other condo which not selfish and greedy management. ‼️‼️‼️

Not a good place to stay. Very unfriendly especially for visitors they can't use the amenities they need to pay 100 baht each. The owners pay for common fees or monthly dues. The management policy is selfish. Only condo in Bangkok that needs to pay for amenities. Not worth it to stay or to rent. 😒 Some condo visitors don't need to pay for amenities. Only Supalai ekkamai condo doing more business even the owners pay for monthly dues. Cheap condo 😏

This place is pretty cool. It’s not too far from the Thonglor. You can walk or drive a motorcycle to Thonglor. This place is near RCA as well. They have a gym, swimming pool and playground. This place is very near the Pasee temple, you can walk there. This place is not too far from Bangkok hospital as well. The view on the rooftop is very great. You can see two side of city. The first side is lots of buildings and another side is clean view that you can see the line of sky.

Cell phones cannot be used on high floors due to weak signal. And the internet is slow too. Fiber is not supported. And the management office does not respond. People who want to be cut off from information should live.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
