Good hotel in a great location. Nice rooms. Avoid a bat view if you can't handle late night noise from the covered outdoor bar. Not a problem for us and the views were worth it. Will use again but I consider this on the expensive side for this standard if hotel

If you are looking for a beautiful location to host your company events this is the place. The staff here is amazing and really nice. The outside patio is perfect for outdoor events even during rainy seasons because there is a clear tent covering it ( pretty cool). They have their own av department that will help you from A to Z which is great incase anything goes wrong. To top it off the location is near historic landmarks so don’t forget to stop by the free museum located in the same block radius. Just a couple steps from there you have the ferry building. all my events in sf will be here

I was reluctant to rate but it feels like I got catfished by a hotel. This hotel may be rated five stars, but the service/room quality is more like a four star hotel or a nice 3.5 star hotel. First of all, it’s not cheap—I paid about $600 per night. I’ve stayed at the 1Hotel in LA and was a bit underwhelmed by that hotel as well but the 1Hotel in LA is still *much* nicer than this one. At $600 per night, it’s not crazy to expect a hotel that’s similar in quality and service to a Four Seasons. I chose 1Hotel because it’s more modern than the average Four Seasons. I’m not high maintenance, I almost never ask for anything when I stay at a hotel, but the service should be excellent at this price. Finishes in rooms shouldn’t be visibly low quality. There’s a pretty expensive resort fee but I’m not sure what it gets. There’s a fruit stand in the lobby that has free local fruit that was advertised but every time I visited, they only had apples. The walls are really thin and there was a faint beeping sound (not coming from my room) every 10 seconds that persisted during my entire stay. I could not find a do not disturb sign or some way to inform housekeeping that I don’t want to be woken up. Sometimes there’s a digital do not disturb signal, but nothing in this room is automated so I doubt that’s the case. The only real positive was that the room service food was good. Overall, the hotel seems like a three star hotel that had superficial renovation done to make it look nice.

One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at! We stayed here as a convience for our wedding at SF City Hall. As soon as we walked into 1 Hotel, I was delighted by the lovely nature decor and subtle smell of wood. The staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful. The room itself was clean and spacious. I highly recommend downloading the app as well. I mainly used it as an easy method to chat with the friendly staff. It also had valuable information both generally about the hotel and our specific reservation. At one point we forgot our room key in the room and the app came in handy as a key to our door. Super nifty. I greatly appreciated having such a delightful and ideally located base in the city for our big day!

Great small hotel on the bay front area. My room has a nice view of the bay Bridge and water. Service was good. Well decorated, clean, modern room and the location was great. I will be back here when I visit SF-bay area again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
