        Good location. But we were on the 5th floor and the very ancient lift was out of action when we got there. We were assured it would be fixed the next working day however, was never fixed during our 6 night stay and remained inoperable at our departure. After the third day, we asked if we could change rooms as my father suffers from a heart condition and I had torn ligaments in my ankle as doing 102 stairs three times a day was killing us. The reception staff were unable to assist with a room on a lower floor. For three days, we were unable to rest during the day due to loud construction work occurring on the floor above. What was extremely frustrating was the fact that we selected this apartment out of three based on the photos online… if we got something similar to the photos online, it would’ve made our stay more enjoyable. The carpet and lounge had stains on them and there was mould in the bathroom. Apart from all of the above, the apartment was in a great location, we got a longer check out time and the staff stored our bags for the day.

        We had booked one bedroom apartment to stay over the new years from 27th December to 2nd January. On arriving, we found that sofa bed wasn't functional. On raising this with the staff, they said that they will shift us to 2 bedroom apartment as they are unable to replace it. They gave us a folded bed which wasn't even comfortable at all to sleep on. We were assured to be shifted to 2 bedroom apartment on 30th December evening but on coming back from day well spend outside we were even refused that. The staff saying that they will move us on the following day. Overall the staff wasn't helpful and forthcoming with their promises. The staff (the lady manager) did behave with us in a racist manner and we were subjected to an unwelcoming experience. We have been targeted to this sort of an experience because of our colour. I feel no one should book their stay here if you aren't a white.

        Good location and helpful staff. But we were on the 5th floor and the very ancient lift went out of action part way through our stay. Not good as our party was aged 70 to 90 and we had considerable luggage to bring down. They did help us to bring it down when we left but on our last day we just had to stay in rather than go out and come back and have to climb 10 flights of stairs. Also throughout our stay builders were working above us on the 6th floor and were banging and drilling all day. One day they didn't start until 9am but on Saturday they began at 7.30am. Apart from all that the apartment was nice and well equipped. Oh except the dining table was wobbly lol. :)

        We really enjoyed our stay here. Stayed in the Devonshire suite, so if you need the room, then this is perfect, with extra living space, 4 bed, 3 bath. 4 min walk to tube station, and pubs everywhere. Thoroughly recommend.

        Booking was very easy but I forgot to pay the balance 72 hours before the booking. Luckily they reminded me so a disaster was averted. We arrived very early but they answered the door entry buzzer and we left our luggage in their luggage room, sorted the paperwork and then went off into London to explore. They emailed me when the room was ready which was great. The apartment was lovely with everything you could ask for including a welcome pack of tea coffee milk and cereal. That was very welcome. There's an M&S food hall just up the road which is very handy as it's earls court tube station. On the first evening we had a problem with a dripping tap and one of the beds was broken. By 9am the next morning the repair man was on site ready to fix the issues. Good customer service is not when things go right but an organisations efficiency when things go wrong. Mansley were superb. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful I won't hesitate booking here again if I'm in London or recommending them to friends. One of our party left their iPad and the staff looked after it till a courier, who they recommended, could pick it up to return to its owner. I can't thank them enough for a fabulous experience.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
