        The pros : nice location within walking distance of South Ken Tube station, and with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Generally good service. Old building well decorated and with recent renovation. Decent value for money (for London) The cons : room was poorly conceived, with very little space to unpack clothes. Bathroom was tiny. Due to two building being joined to create the hotel, there were lots of steps to reach the room.

        As others have mentioned, the rooms are a bit on the small size but not a big issue to me. Breakfast was good but choice was limited - had better in other 5 star hotels. What you will get though is outstanding service from every staff member. Happy to visit again next time.

        Absolutely perfect! The hotel is stunning and in a perfect location just a 7 minute walk from the underground. The room was spotless and the staff were so friendly! We had a wonderful waiter at breakfast (I think called robin) and the food was lovely. We will definitely be returning again soon!

        Excellent Hilton in London. Very helpful service. The rooms are nice sized and there's daily maid service. But if you want to visit the Mayfair district you'll need a cab or a subway/tube. But this is a good deal for London where many hotels are 500 and up.

        The location was great (close to tube stops, parks, museums, and convenient to downtown London). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious. And the staff were extraordinarily friendly and kind. Loved this place and would have no reservations about staying here again/recommending this place to others.
