Welcome to paradise! This place is a must stay while your travels in Weligama. There is nothing to not like about it. The rooms and especially the beds are super comfy and look exactly like shown on the pictures. There is also a really nice pool and chill out area to relax and sunbath ☀️ Breakfast comes in a buffet and offers multiple different options. For dinner usually the owners organize to go out with the whole surfhouse or do in-house dinners, for example pasta and taco nights. But everyone is free to do whatever they feel like, so no pressure to join. The owners, Nina & Thea, are such lovely girls. You can see that the whole place is built with lots of love and they do everything to ensure that the guests don't miss out on anything. After my first stay here I immediately booked the next one and I will definitely be a returning guest. See you soon girls 🫶🏼

I had a great time at the OASIA surf house. The accommodation is stylishly furnished and very clean. The staff are nice and do a great job. Surfing, yoga, transfers to other places, dinners together, everything worked easily & well. Thank you & all the best to you

I can recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a worry-free stay in Sri Lanka! The owners were super nice and took care of everything. The surf sessions with the surf instructor Avi were awesome. The rooms are very nice, clean and large. The food was great and the Yoga lessons were also super nice - 11/10!

Favorite stop on our 3-week Sri Lanka trip! We absolutely loved the oasis that Nina and Teja built with their team. Everything is super new and modern, and they are just such amazing people. You are taken care of incredibly well, right from check-in, and they go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Surfing and yoga are also really nice, thanks to Avi and Lisa!

We had the most amazing time at Oasia Surf House. Nina and Teja are so lovely and make you feel at home immediately - they have some great local recommendations for the area too. It’s beautifully decorated and so clean. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the main streets of Weligama - this is the place to be. It was one of our favourite places to stay in our whole trip in Sri Lanka!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
