PROS: -Spacious room and is aesthetically clean. -With WiFi -Complete basic amenities -With Microwave -With big drawers where you can hang your clothes. -Two tables and chairs inside. -Quiet even at night until morning since it is located a few meters along the highway. -Friendly and approachable staff(except the woman at the reception on Dec. 3rd around 12 pm ish upon check out, didn't even know how to wear a smile and greet the guest.) CONS: -It's quite pricey for a single room with no TV inside and it's a bit far from Fuente circle, malls and fast foods. -WiFi is slow specifically on the 8th floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and probably recommend it to everybody.

Good points are 1) the air conditioning units are overhead, Panasonic units which are reliable, quiet and, if anything, too powerful for the (quite small) rooms 2) showers have a reasonably good flow and the temperature can be adjusted to be stable. 3) We were on the op floor, so outside noise is minimal Bad points are a) the rooms are designed to be stylishly photogenic rather than comfortable with a complicated bed platform (with painfully sharp edges) taking up more than half the floor area and necessitating an b) undignified bum shuffle to get in and out of bed. The ugliest feature is the thoroughly unreliable and intermittent Internet which fluctuates between a blazingly fast 98Mbps for a few minutes and then drops to zero for hours on end. When we arrived, the TV produced no picture and we then had to wait for more than an hour and 4 phone calls before the "maintenance man" arrived. After more than 90 minutes struggle, he gave up the attmep to produce a picture. I then achieved what he had failed by i) setting the "source" to HDMI 1 on the TV remote ii) counter intuitively pressing the power button on the Sky remote until a RED (rather than a green light) appeared I then discovered that mangement had not renewed their Sky subscription so only the local FTA Pinoy channels were available.

Toilet smelled like diesel and sewer, the room too. Asked for water in reception, they didnt have it there but said it would be delivered by room service. It never happened, so had to get it from the 7eleven myself. Tried to extend my stay because I had the flu and didnt feel like moving, but they asked over double the money for one extra night then I payed for two nights to begin with.

Pros: Walking distant to a lot of amenities. Access to the nearest commute route. Good deal. With Laudromat and Cafe on the ground floor area near the garden Cons: Uncomfortable air-bed. No shower host. Noisy air-condition. No bell boy to help with the luggage but good thing the security guard helped us. Checked in at Room 705, with a lot of plastic bags in the balcony (from prev guest?) and also a half filled kulafu inside the fridge. Highly questionable if this has been cleaned prior checking in. For this reason, I’m rating the room 3-4.

Pros -Awesome WIFI connection -Great towels with toiletries. Cons -Horrible shower with almost no pressure. -Thin mattress, I could feel the frame underneath me. -curtains let too much light in -Air conditioner is very noisy. -Tons of outlets, but none near the bed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
