        Hard to understand how this hotel functions. As a titanium member I’ve never once complained about a hotel as I’ve worked in the industry before and know there is always more to the story. However the attached bar is the least classy place I’ve ever encountered. No one cared at all nor were they helpful in any way. I ended up changing hotels because of how rude everyone was and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

        Excellent place to stay, great staff, great location! I will definitely stay here again, I will also recommend this place to friends and family. Just be aware that this hotel charges for "RESORT FEE". One can definitely walk nearby stores and restaurants. I would consider this location as a safe environment.

        I must admit, I am perplexed as to how the 11 Howard is rated as a 5-star hotel. While the service and location were commendable, I found the overall experience to be far from what one would expect from a hotel of such high rating. One of the major disappointments was the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was riddled with disgusting stains, which immediately gave a negative impression upon entering the room. It is disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. Furthermore, the bathroom was disappointingly tiny. It felt cramped and uncomfortable, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower or even move around comfortably. To make matters worse, the shower water pooled and wouldn’t drain properly, even after requesting maintenance to fix the issue. No one wants to stand in a pool of soap scum while they are bathing ESPECIALLY in a 5 star hotel. This lack of attention to basic maintenance is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Overall, my 5-night stay at 11 Howard was the worst experience I have had at a supposed 5-star hotel. The lack of cleanliness of the room, left a lasting negative impression. While the service and location were commendable, they were the only aspects that remotely resembled a 5-star experience. I hope that 11 Howard takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a truly 5-star experience for their guests in the future.

        This hotel should not be advertising as 5 stars. It is 2.5 stars at maximum. For the expensive cost, you would expect top notch service, there is no doorman or security. Also it was very strange that the reception would give two bottles of complimentary water for me to carry up to my room upon checkin with my hands full... This should have been placed in the room prior to check in as per any standard operating process..... It doesn't feel premium and at all and it also shows in the hotel furnishing and rooms through old tired wear and tear. The rooms are extremely small even for new york standards. There was a stain on the bedding. I was told there was a 24/7 fitness centre was on level 3 and even had signs indicating the same. Upon calling front desk - they then informed me that it's not in same building but a block away with a different company and closes at 10pm... The hallways are so dark you cannot see anything either, very eerie. Save your money and avoid you could get a better hotel for the price you're forking out on.

        I recently stayed at the hotel for over a week and wanted to share my thoughts. The hotel itself is nice, and the service was excellent. I appreciate the complimentary water daily. However, I observed a lack of thorough cleaning in my room, with persistent coffee stains on the table. Additionally, the absence of card access for the elevator raises concerns about guest safety, which I value highly. Moreover, the surrounding area has deteriorated, making the street seem sketchy and unsettling. Due to these issues, I've decided not to stay again in the future.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
