Nice location. Good shops, supermarket next to it, and great eating. The hotel is OK. Rooms are clean, small and dated, but they are quiet from the hustle of Paris. Great beds and a great sleep. Aircondition is working fine. Nice small bathroom with small tub - plenty of hot water and towels! Breakfast is acceptable, but the breakfast room is spooky. The employees are friendly and helpful. On the downside: Electric plug for charging anything is not functional being placed in middle of the wall and not by the floor. Also: Do not use the elevator - It scared the hell out of me! Besides all of this, Hôtel 121 Paris is of my opinion of great value - despite the many not so good reviews here. We enjoyed our stay.

This is the Worst Hotel Experience ive ever witnessed. The rooms aren’t cleaned correct (Hairs everywhere around the toilet and the shower) and the room has so thin walls that you can hear other „hotel“ guests coughing. Continuing with walls, the whole ceiling in the bathroom is covered with black and white mold. Continuing with mold - the wall in the shower has also a plenty of black mold points and yellow stains. The Elevator is shaking and u better take the stairs if u decide to go there. Right in Front of the roomwindow is a big Framework from the building next to it. The workers looked into the room several times so we had to close the curtains even though its daytime! The breakfast is not the biggest but its okay. Would never recommend it. Were a Couple here for 3 Days.

STAY AWAY Unfortunately had to book this hotel last minute in Paris, because the Airbnb I booked had accessibility issues. And I naively went with the cheapest option I could find. Let me tell you, I wish I spent the extra money to stay somewhere else. I ended up having three different rooms during my 6 days there. First room, the lights didn’t work would only stay on for a few minutes the turn off, and you’d have to go over and flip the switch again. Then the second room had BED BUGS, the painful repercussions of which I’m still dealing with now that I’m home. Also in this room when you used the shower the bathroom flooded- because they have a new high power shower head but still a very outdated shallow shower base. One of the receptionists was very nice, and saw the bites on my arms, and moved me to another room. But it was always hit or miss weather or not there would be someone at reception. Besides these major issues in general, as others have said the hotel is very dated. In my opinion to an extent that makes it unenjoyable to stay at. The outdated uncomfortable furniture, creaky floors, walls so thin you can hear everything from the room next door. I could go on. The location is nice, and convenient, but that by no means out ways all the negatives. If you’re visiting Paris do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a decent hotel and stay far away from here. You’ll regret it if you don’t!!

so in general the hotel was okay. the service was there every time and in general the service was friendly. What was really disappointing for us was the breakfast and the service there. We looked at the pictures and there were a huge more things to eat and it was a lot bigger than it really was in real life. We also had the feeling that the service didn’t really wanted to help us and that was not really good for us. the room was also okay I mean the bed was not really the best to sleep and partly very dirty but the other things were alright. The WiFi in the hotel was not the best so you should expect this if you come there. so we would give the hotel 2 out of 5.

The hotel is placed in a very accessible area, close to 3 different metro lines. The staff is very friendly and hlepful. The minuses: no hot water when the hotel is full and the AC in our room didn't work properly, it was blowing only cold air.

Booking Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
