        Great experience but we were on edge each night with the no additional locking options for the appartment. The king bed was just two fulls slid together which was fine for us. We would stay again.

        flats are ok, but they have some weird smell. booked a city view ended up with a backyard. cleaning wasn't every day as expected and had to pay 50 pounds for any extra cleaning day.

        Bad check-out experience ! For the past 4 years this place was our go to place whenever visiting London, however, the new front desk staff are not supportive as the previous ones. We booked 2 apartments for almost 20 days, we requested a delayed check-out for one of the apartments to have things sorted out. Instead of 11 am to be at least 1 pm, the answer was (( No, not possible we are fully booked we need to service the apartment)). This is not convincing, period between check-out (11 am) and check-in (3 pm) of next guest is 4 hours. I have experienced this place so many times to know that servicing the apartment merely takes half an hour to an hour from the staff ! No next visit for us to this place unless check-out policy is revised to be as hotels standards!

        My favorite place to stay in London! The staff are truly excellent! And their prices are seriously fantastic. Very accommodating , friendly, and helpful. They truly care, and go above and beyond to make me feel at home. Especially Yousef ❤️ While I was quarantining, he would bring my deliveries to my door. When parking outside, he came out just to tell me the best place to stop, as well as the free times (6:30 pm - 8:00 am). The location is perfect, safe, and all the museums are literally a 2 minute walk. Hyde park is also several minutes away. They also have cleaning services 3 times a week. Included in the price. The apartments with balconies are beautiful, with a great layout. A nice kitchen fully stacked, good sofas with a big flatscreen in each room, with surround sound in the living room, which has a coffee table and small dining table for four. Cosy ambiance, a soft bed, and hotel slippers. What more can I ask for? Perfection.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
