We stayed at 137 LuxResidence for 4 nights. The accommodation was well presented, very clean and provided everything you possibly need. The staff were amazing, they were extremely helpful and nothing was to much for them. The only negative is the bar downstairs that played loud music on the weekends and you can hear the noise in the apartment.

Great place to stay, the manager and staff are great people and are very accommodating. The apartment has everything you need, it has a small kitchen that has a stove top, oven, dishwasher, small fridge, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, air conditioner and more! We would recommend and would stay here again.

Fantastic fully equipped apartment with access to the sun terrace with a small pool. Great location, metro 50 m from the apartment (10 minutes to the center), buses opposite, as well as a grocery market with basic products. Nice and helpful staff. Good WiFi.

Pictures of this hotel were delighting but we had a so-so experience last June 2022. The room has a whole kitchenette, even a dishwasher. It was located a block and a half from two different metro stations. There are a couple of discounts supermarkets around and an open market for produce, fish, meat products. Interesting neighborhood. However, If I have to go to Lisbon with my family I would choose some other place nearby. The rate was ok but the host service was totally erratic. We used a sofa bed that was not ready when we arrived. We though it was going to be easy but at 9pm when everybody was tired and ready to go to bed we couldn't find bed sheets for the sofa bed. So my kids had to wait 45 minutes for someone to provide these at our room (there was no one at front desk after 7pm). After check-in the following day I got charged for the room, but they had to charge my card again one day later because they omitted to add the taxes. And 10 min. after that later transaction they wanted to return me some money because they had overcharged me. This is really not a nice thing to have, even if the staff tries to be your smiling buddy... The first night we slept there, I have to hit the wall several times of the apartment beside us (our neighbors at 3C which was not dedicated to temporal stays but it was for a permanent resident) because of the loud noise of a group of people chatting after 11 pm. Also, don't stay at the 3D apartment because the windows of the room face the sun after noon. At night, during the summer, your room is going to be an oven if you don't close the shades and even so, it will take half an hour to adjust the room to a confortable temperature. This fact is super sad because you can't have the shades open in the afternoon or in the night (the front building can have first row of what you do).

Near to centre and Metro and bus stops are bang opposite to apartments. Very friendly and helpful staff. The studio is beautiful and perfect for a couple. Sparkling clean with all required utilities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
