        Overall, we had a great experience and it was the best community of anywhere we stayed in Thailand ( we were there for 2 months). We stayed for a week.Really cute little bungalows. Comfortable, clean bright and functional. The owners are lovely and very accommodating and helpful. Our kids loved the pool and ping-pong table. The bar had a fun, friendly inclusive vibe with friendly locals and a pool table. We were in the 2nd villa and didn’t really hear the noise from the bar at night (we were here in the lower season, so can’t speak for really busy season like other reviews , but it’s likely noisier everywhere). A few shops and restaurants nearby (including Seven Eleven) and a great laundry service across the road. A motorbike would be helpful to explore, but we found that everything is spread out in Phuket if you want to see or do multiple things. This location was easy to go multiple places from.

        Centipedes in the room, dog faeces on the paths. 4 days straight without a cleaner, and they ask you to put soiled toilet paper in a bin. After 4 days it's not pleasant. They call themselves a cafe and I ordered a coffee with milk. I got the coffee I need to be told there's no milk. Noisy karaoke into the small hours. You're a far better quality places around Rawai for a lot less money. Avoid this toilet of a hotel at all costs.

        This place is fantastic. Do not come here if you expect a five star hotel experience. It's not that kind of place. This place is lively, funky, very local Thai happy go lucky flavour and probably, in my opinion, a great representation of the uniqueness of Thailand. It's a bar upfront and accommodations at the back of the bar space. The owners and staff may look unfriendly and quiet but we had no problems communicating with them and they gave us no trouble whatsoever. The bad reviews for this place are probably people who expected a totally different kind of stay. The rooms we stayed in are clean and comfortable and I wouldn't complain about anything really. Yes it gets a bit noisy because the bar in front is simply being a typical Thai bar. The pool is a little murky sometimes but we swam in it when it looked clear on some days and none of us turned into zombies. What mattered to us was that the rooms are nice, the drinks were pretty cheap and it was a great place to hang out at the end of the day. I can't really say anything bad about this place for the price we paid to stay there. First timers to Phuket or really introverted people might want to avoid this place though. This place has a bit of a wild west vibe and you got to have some experience living like that. Would be very happy to visit and stay again for sure

        We had bad experience here. Booked for 12 days and we have to check out earlier after 4 days staying. Loud music till 1am at the bar near rooms. All days staying we didn't have cleaning. Bad smell from 2 dogs. Dirty pool Staff didn't want to chargeback for our inconvenience. We negotiated about chargeback with the administrator while hotel's owner was sitting in 2 meters from us and didn't want to talk with us.

        Worst experience ever! We’ve booked 3 rooms for a 3 days stay 1 month in advance with Booking and when we arrived, they told us they had no rooms for us because we didn’t call even though we had a Booking confirmation email. They tried to propose us much more expensive hotel neighbouring theirs, but we weren’t ok with that. We had to find a different hotel at 8pm after our long ferry journey with our hungry kids. We weren’t even offered anything to drink to apologise for the inconvenience. After negotiating with the owner, she was finally ok to pay our taxi to a different hotel.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
