Stayed at 18 faces while in Galle for a couple of days. Hotel is quiet and a bit out of town which was ideal for us. The free tuk tuk drop off at the fort is really convenient for getting to the fort. Rooms were spacious but maybe a little tired looking/aged. Shower was a little odd as it streamed more like a tap than a spray, but we always had hot water. Staff really pleasant and helpful. They organized a taxi to get us to the airport on our final day and there was an option to add to our hotel bill so we could pay by card (and not have to worry about watching your cash!) which is something we’ve not been offered anywhere else in Sri Lanka! They also prepared an early breakfast for us so we could get there on time which was very much appreciated.

The hotel is a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle of the main city. It's relatively a quiet place with serene view. The staff is polite and courteous. It's an affordable place while visiting Galle. The food options are quite limited.

A Great Place to Host a Birthday Weekend Getaway! This is a great place to have a weekend out with friends! It has a small, but great pool that is very pretty to take photos and enjoy. In addition, the rooms were all super clean and up to standard and quite large, sapcious, modern with a unique twist in terms of the decorations and how the hotel is stylized. Just in our room there was a part of the ceiling that neededs to be patched up, but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were great and I really appreciated all the lovely details of the place.

Three of my friends and I had the pleasure of a three-day stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was a remarkable experience. The staff's exceptional assistance knew no bounds; they fulfilled every request with ease. Our mornings were brightened by a splendid breakfast featuring delectable, authentic Sri Lankan dishes.While the pool proved adequate, it wasn't quite expansive enough for leisurely swimming. Nevertheless, we adapted. Our backyard view revealed playful monkeys feasting among the trees and the elegant presence of peacocks. The hotel's convenient proximity to town and the on-call tuk-tuks, with the ever-helpful staff, added to the appeal of our stay.

A perfect and pricy little hotel with a wonderful pool and pool area. Nice small room with a comfortable bed. Lots of options for breakfast and good food even for vegetarians. Quiet location and a short tuktuk ride to Galle fort included in the price of the hotel. All the moneys around the hotell was an extra bonus. (They were only in the trees and roofs around.)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
