We loved this hotel. All of the people working there give so much individual attention and care to everything they do. We especially loved talking with Hugo, who checked us in. The breakfast buffet is delicious with high quality ham, cheese, yogurt, muesli and more. The location is wonderful too, in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood and not far from all kinds of nice bars, restaurants and views.

We could not be more pleased. Exceptional hospitality, stunning design, perfect location. Our flight landed at 8am and Francisco welcomed us to drop off our bags and have breakfast. Then we walked the short distance to the botanical gardens and he messaged us as soon as our room was ready. He showed us wonderful care. Thank you, Francisco! We stayed in the tile room, which was so romantic and felt like we were soaking up beautiful Portugal history. João helped us book train tickets when we were having a hard time understanding Portuguese websites, plus recommended some of his favorite destinations. He always greeted us with the warmest smile.

A cute, modern hotel with the best service possible! Very clean rooms, in a not too busy area, yet a lot of things to see and do. You can also enjoy your wine at your balcony, before exploring the rest of the city nearby! I wouldn’t hesitate booking at this lovely boutique hotel!

Loved staying here! Location was great, it's close to everything but not in the super touristy, busy area. The hotel and our room was clean and very cute. And the breakfast was great!

What a Find! As others have stated, great location, unbelievably gracious hosts and just a fun feel. Francisco and Hugo and the rest of the (small) staff went out of their way at every occasion to make our visit enjoyable

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
