Arrived about 8am and they allowed us to use the storage area before check in time. They even informed me when the room was ready. Every queries were via WhatsApp. Room was as expected and thankful for the comfortable bed and pillows epically after a red-eye trip to KL. Swimming pool wasn’t crowded and there’s a kids’ slide area. Gym was not crowded at all and the view was breathtaking. We chose this place due to its proximity to a monorail and underground stations so that we are not ride hailing dependent.

Booking through Agoda. Easy to self check-in & check-out. Clear instructions was provided by Host before 1 day of check-in. Ample space for car park, but cost RM40 for parking 2 days 1 night.

The room is not same with the pic mb the pic is few yeaes ago. Overall the house still acceptable but the cup n plate provided shd change as there are stains on them . Not a 4 star homestay for me.

The hosts were friendly and accommodating to us. Extra brownie points for replying fast. The room was decently equipped with the proper amenities such as an electric stovetop, hairdryer, bathtub, and Netflix accessible TV. Besides that, the room was spacious and the view was decent. The bed was comfortable but it wasn’t the cleanest. A massive disappointment for the swimming pool as it had many hazards such as broken wooden floors and leafy pool. Overall would definitely come back to stay. Thank you.

Good bang for your buck. The apartment does need a refurb, but it was clean and incredibly spacious. Fantastic sky gym on the top floor. Pool is ok, it doesn’t get any sun and like the rest of the block isn’t really managed or invested in. But for a central stay in KL, 5 mins from Petronas Towers, recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
