A wonderful start to our cycling trip in the Philippines. The rooms are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning is effective and not noisy. The beds are very comfortable, definitely long enough for 6ft tall people and the pillows are soft. The staff are very kind and helpful and the location is great for local roof top bars and shopping trips. We had a room on the 23rd floor and the views of Manila were excellent. There are three customer lifts so you don’t need to wait for long.

Very good hotel, excellent service, friendly and wonderful staff from security, reception and room services. I thank them for their warm welcome and hospitality. The hotel is located in Makati in a lively location. There is noise outside. If you want quiet, look for another hotel. Ask the hotel management to place safety nets on the windows, as when they are opened cockroaches enter. In all sizes

Very clean. Staff are nice and helpful. In the room No water tap, room too small compared to regular 4 start hotels. AC window type noisy. Food not continental . No cheese in breakfast.... no cakes.donuts.crosions .. bread only one type slides....

Very very happy with this place. Our room (room 2, each floor has 9 unique rooms or so but room 2 has the best view). The location is amazing, except the traffic (yes it's manila but it's particularly bad right on that block) breakfast was good even after 5 mornings. I have also stayed at the St G near by. It is about P400 less. It is much better to stay at this place.

Cozy, relaxing room with a great view! I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my 7-month-old baby as our flight got cancelled due to weather conditions. Instead of being sour about our delay, this hotel made my Manila stay warm and memorable. The staffs are all very accommodating and friendly; highly attentive since I am staying with an infant. One staff even helped me book a grab car upon deciding to go out since I couldn’t access it. They’re very kind to help me get familiar with the nearby places where I can get baby necessities. Each morning we got breakfast buffet with few but flavorful choices. Staying in this hotel has been a relaxing and memorable time for me and my baby. I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay around Makati area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
